WHO AM I

My name is Agnes Cseh (the vegan coach) and I'm working as a functional movement personal trainer in Budapest and I'm here to help you achieve your health-related goals. My number one priority is to make you love moving, because I suppose this is the best way to achieve your own personal goals. I would also like to show you that you can eat deliciously in a healthy way, because health doesn't mean giving up on delicious flavors.

 

If you choose me as your personal trainer, I'll guide you through your fitness journey, teach you how to move correctly, help you set and reach your goals, motivate you, hold your hand and encourage you all the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

It doesn't matter where you're at your fitness journey, you can join at any level, because I will create the suitable program for you according to your own skills and goals.

individual personal training

If you hate working out with other people and you need maximum coaching attention, then individual personal training is the suitable method for you. We set up your goals together based on which I create your personalized training plan. I will teach you how to move from the basics and soon you'll be able to do more and more, even stuff you have never ever dreamt of. You can expect a significant improvement in the quality of your life. 

You can choose between in the gym and online.

small group personal training

If you want to go to personal trainings with one or two friends of yours, you have the opportunity to do so at a more favorable price.

 

You don't have to be on the same level, as all of you will get your own personalized workout plan and full coaching attention. You could say it's a personal training mixed with the atmosphere of a group workout.

 

You can choose between in the gym and online.

online group training

If you can't afford personal training but still want to make exercise regular in your life and can't or don't want to go to the gym, choose online group training in which you'll be able to attend a class three times a week from the comfort of your home.

 

No equipment is required, but if you have something, we'll use it.

personalized training plan

If you want to train alone in your own gym or at home, you don't need coaching presence and don't know what to do, personalized training plan is the solution for you. The price includes a 30-60 minutes long consultation per month and ongoing contact on demand, as even though I don't follow your workouts in real life, I want to see your progress and also make sure you perform the exercises correctly.
